Returns, Warranty & Shipping
1. Returns — In-Stock Home Goods (Non-Furniture Items)
Select in-stock home goods (excluding furniture, artwork, and custom or made-to-order items) may be returned under the following conditions:
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All returns require prior written approval before shipment
Return shipping, crating, insurance, and related costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original crating, packing, handling, and outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less applicable fees, within a reasonable processing period after inspection and approval.
This return policy does not apply to furniture, artwork, or custom-made pieces.
2. Final Sale Items — Furniture, Artwork & Custom Work
All in-stock furniture, artwork, custom, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Due to the nature of handcrafted and custom work, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
We strongly encourage careful review of all specifications prior to purchase or the start of production. Please contact us with any questions—we are happy to assist in ensuring the piece meets your expectations before work begins.
3. Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. All work is warranted against structural defects and workmanship issues for one (1) year from the date of delivery, under normal residential use, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by shipping or carrier handling
Improper installation, use, or maintenance
Exposure to excessive heat, dryness, moisture, or direct sunlight
Normal wear and tear
Commercial or hospitality use, unless expressly agreed upon in writing
Natural Wood Characteristics
Solid wood is a natural material and may expand, contract, and age over time. These changes are expected and are not considered defects.
Characteristics such as knots, checking, mineral streaks, inclusions, texture variation, and color or grain variation are inherent to solid wood and part of owning a handcrafted piece.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided, and no other warranties, express or implied, are made except as required by law.
4. Shipping Damage, Risk of Loss & Insurance
Customers are responsible for arranging shipping and are strongly encouraged to purchase full-value carrier insurance reflecting the full replacement value of the piece. Standard carrier liability is often limited.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is released to the carrier
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier
Delivery Inspection
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery and before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may limit or void carrier claims.
All shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the damage, crate, and packaging are required. Carrier claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will reasonably assist by providing documentation, photos, or repair estimates as needed.
5. Storage & Delayed Pickup
Once a piece is complete and the customer is notified, shipping or pickup arrangements must be made within a reasonable timeframe as outlined in the contract. Extended storage may incur storage fees. Storage fees, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
Availability beyond a reasonable pickup window cannot be guaranteed.
