We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We offer handcrafted furniture, home goods, and related items, including custom and made-to-order pieces.

Due to the nature of handcrafted work:

• Variations in color, grain, texture, dimensions, and finish are inherent and not considered defects.

• Product images are representative and may not exactly reflect the final product.

Custom and made-to-order items are produced based on specifications agreed upon prior to production.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms may include deposits, milestone payments, or full payment prior to delivery, as specified on invoices or written agreements. Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on the applicable invoice.

Failure to remit payment may result in delayed production, delayed delivery, or cancellation of the order.

4. SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied where required by applicable law, based on the shipping or delivery location and the nature of the product or service.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

Shipping and delivery terms, including timelines and methods, will be communicated at the time of purchase or invoicing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to the destination, as applicable.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and appropriate access for delivery.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Return eligibility, if any, varies by product type and will be stated at the time of purchase or invoicing.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Custom, made-to-order, furniture, and artwork items are final sale.

• In-stock, non-custom home goods may be eligible for return subject to approval and applicable conditions.

Return shipping, crating, insurance, and related costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

All returns, warranty coverage, shipping, risk of loss, insurance, storage, and related matters are further governed by our Returns, Warranty & Shipping Policies, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including text, images, designs, product names, logos, and original works, is owned by or licensed to Foothills Fine Woodworks and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiries, orders, or transactions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
