Home Goods
Smaller items ship via parcel carriers. Shipping costs are calculated once a delivery address is provided. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value items.
Furniture & Large Pieces
Shipping is quoted separately. We do not act as the shipper or broker, allowing clients or designers to select the carrier and service level best suited to their project. Customers may choose to pick up their items directly from our facility. Please contact us to set up a time.
Our Role
We prepare each piece for pickup, including professional packing or custom crating, providing accurate finished dimensions and weights, and coordinating pickup once a carrier is scheduled.

Shipping is available within the contiguous United States.
Common Shipping Methods
Blanket-Wrap / White-Glove
Furniture is protected with moving blankets and padded straps and transported inside an enclosed vehicle. Pieces are handled individually rather than palletized. Inside delivery is available, with optional placement in the room of choice.
Crated Freight
The piece is enclosed in a rigid wooden crate for maximum protection. This method is recommended for long distances and remote locations. Curbside delivery is standard; uncrating is the client’s responsibility unless white-glove service is added. Clear uncrating instructions are provided.
Crating Details
When required, crating may include:
Custom-built crate or palletized frame
Protective padding and moving blankets
Moisture barrier wrap, as appropriate
Internal blocking to prevent movement
Final crating costs are determined once the piece is complete, as design, size, and weight affect preparation.
Personal Delivery
Personal delivery may be considered for select commissions based on scale, fragility, destination, and installation requirements. Availability and pricing are determined individually.
Planning & Receiving
Please confirm site access, doorways, stairwells, and elevator clearances before selecting a delivery method. Inspect deliveries upon arrival and retain all packaging until uncrating is complete.
